Challenge Rules

Welcome to the Human66 Challenge! This 66-day program is designed to help you adopt brain-boosting habits that enhance your cognitive health and overall wellness. The rules outlined below serve as a foundation for your journey, but feel free to adjust and increase the difficulty to match your personal goals and needs. By committing to these habits, you will be on your way to improving your brain function and achieving a healthier lifestyle.

  1. ๐Ÿง  NeuroTracker Training: Train your brain using NeuroTracker at least 5 times a week.

  2. ๐Ÿ’ง Brain Hydration: Drink your recommended daily water intake at least 5 times a week.

  3. ๐Ÿฅฆ Brain Diet: Consume at least 50 servings of "brain-boosting" foods each week.

  4. ๐Ÿ’Š Brain Supplements: Take doctor-approved brain-boosting supplements at least 5 times a week.

  5. ๐Ÿƒ Exercise: Engage in physical exercise at least 3 times a week.

  6. โ“ Choose Your Own Habit: Select an additional habit to practice, along with the number of times you will do it each week.

Increase the difficulty to match your own goals and needs!

Challenge Instructions

  • Complete all six rules for a week to progress to the next week. If you break any rule, you must repeat the week.

  • Find an Accountability Partner to check in on your progress.

  • Take weekly photos to document your journey.

  • Share your experiences and progress with others who have similar goals.

  • Successfully completing the challenge earns you the title of "Human66 Champion" after 10 weeks! Share your journey in the โญ๏ธฑsharing-station channel.
