Changing Your Subscription
To change your subscription type, please email us at support@neurotrackerx.com with the details of the subscription you would like to switch to.
Personal User Cancellation: To cancel your personal subscription, login to your account, click on your name at the top right of the screen, and switch Auto-renew off. Your account will then cancel on the next billing date.
Business Account Cancellation: To cancel business accounts, please email us at support@neurotrackerx.com
