# Changing Your Subscription

To change your subscription type, please email us at <support@neurotrackerx.com> with the details of the subscription you would like to switch to.

**Personal User Cancellation:** To cancel your personal subscription, login to your account, click on your name at the top right of the screen, and switch Auto-renew off. Your account will then cancel on the next billing date.&#x20;

**Business Account Cancellation**: To cancel business accounts, please email us at <support@neurotrackerx.com>
