NeuroTrackerX for end users includes Training Goals and the Leaderboard as optional tools to help boost training motivation.

Training Goals

Training Goals are a tool available by default on all end user's dashboard. It provides a simple way for users to set a target of how many sessions they would like to complete on a weekly basis. Users simply click the dropdown at the top of their dashboard and select a preferred goal. This can be changed at any time.

Progress towards each week's the goal is updated each time a session is complete, e.g. 3/6. The cup icon also displays how many weeks a goal has been achieved.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard tool allows users to compare their training progress to other users in the same Organization. It is only available to Organizations, and is made available to users on an individual basis.

To Leaderboard can be enabled when signing up new users by simply clicking the Leaderboard checkbox. Or it can be enabled for existing users by clicking the same checkbox in the edit users options.

Once enabled it will automatically appear on the right side of the end users dashboard.

Note that users have 2 options:

  1. They can collapse the tool to the side, then click on it only when they want to view the data.

  2. They can turn the Leaderboard off or back on again by simply clicking the toggle button in their profile options - accessed by clicking their name on the top right of their dashboard.

Leaderboard Data

3 types of training data are shared among all users in an Organization with the Leaderboard option activated.

  1. The highest current session scores and the difficulty (session parameters) they were performed at.

  2. How many sessions each user has completed.

  3. The relative improvement rate achieved, i.e. the percentage gain from initial baseline.

Each of these 3 metrics can be filter for the current week, month, year, or across all time.
