Get started with the Human66 challenge. Improve your cognitive health in no time.
Follow these steps to get started!
Step 1 - Purchase a NeuroTracker Subscription
The NeuroTracker is a crucial part to the program and you can purchase a subscription on the neurotracker website below. The glasses will take a few days to get to you but you can start without them.
Step 2 - Join the NeuroTracker Discord or Facebook Community
Joining the community is a smart way of keeping yourself accountable. Make sure you post in Discord or Facebook when you start the challenge and any key milestones that you accomplish!
Step 3 - Define How You Will Track Your Challenge
Log into the NeuroTracker App and go through the challenge onboarding:

Step 4 - Define Your Targets for Each of the 5 Habits, and Decide Your Own Personal Goal.
Chose the difficulty that suits you for each habit. We have made a rough guideline below, but feel free to change them as you like.

Step 6 - Invite at Least One Accountability Partner
