Chose the difficulty that suits you for each habit. We have made a rough guideline below, but feel free to change them as you like.
The NeuroTracker is a crucial part to the program and you can purchase a subscription on the neurotracker website below. The glasses will take a few days to get to you but you can start without them.
You need to invite at least one friend or colleague to hold you accountable. The more you invite, the more likely you are to complete your challenge! Find out more below:
