# Being an Accountability Partner

It is a great honour to be asked to be someone's Accountability Partner. It means that they have entrusted you to hold them accountable. You do not have to do the challenge, but you have been asked for a favor by your friend to help them along their 66 day journey to better brain health. Here is what it takes to be a good Accountability Partner:

## What to Do if You've Been Asked to Be An Accountability Partner

* **🧠 Understand the Human66 Challenge:** Educate yourself by watching the [Human66 challenge video and information](/human66-challenge.md).
* **🔍 Check-In Weekly:** Ensure your partner is updating their tracking sheet and has met all challenge requirements for the week. Your partner should give you access to the online google sheets tracker or send you an image of their printed sheet.
* **💬 Provide Encouragement:** Offer positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to keep them motivated.
* **📆 Schedule Regular Chats:** Set up a time each week to discuss their progress and any challenges they are facing.
* **🎉 Celebrate Wins:** Acknowledge their successes, no matter how small, to boost morale.

{% hint style="success" %}
Being an Accountability Partner is **free**. You do not have to do the challenge yourself if you do not want to. In fact you are rewarded with a FREE brain performance assessment for being a good friend
{% endhint %}

## Tracking Sheet

Visibility on your friends challenge is very important. Which is why we recommend you both copy the online tracking sheet provided and give each other view access.

[Track Your Human66 Challenge](/human66-challenge/track-your-human66-challenge.md)
{% endcontent-ref %}

If that is too complicated for you then you can always take a picture of your progress and send it to each other. Soon there will be an App that will allow you to share your progress easily.

## Free Brain Performance Test

Accountability partners are rewarded with a free brain performance assessment. They can do the assessment by signing up for free on:
