This 66-day program encourages you to adopt brain-boosting habits that enhance cognitive health and overall wellness.
While the challenge is available now, the official release will be in January 2025.
Participants will commit to completing six key habits over 66 days (approximately 9 weeks and 3 days). The goal is to develop positive routines that support brain function and personal growth.
Familiarize yourself with the Challenge Rules to understand the six key habits you’ll need to follow throughout the 66 days. These rules are essential for tracking your progress and ensuring you stay on course.
